Every category follows the same merit-based process: each nominee is assessed against that category's criteria by the Jury team or the Management of Golden Tree, and there is no public voting. What Is a CEO Award?
A CEO award is formal recognition of the person leading an organization, given for the quality of their leadership rather than for a single product or project. At the World CEO Awards, each category describes one kind of leadership achievement, such as overall excellence, a defining quality like vision or innovation, or leadership within a specific industry. A nomination sets out the evidence for that achievement, and the Jury team or the Management of Golden Tree assesses it against the criteria of the chosen category.

There are 20 World CEO Award categories — spanning flagship leadership honors, dimension-based recognitions such as Visionary and Innovative CEO, and industry-specific awards including Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Hospitality, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Retail.
CEOs, founders, presidents, managing directors, chairpersons, group CEOs and senior corporate leaders from any industry or region worldwide are eligible. Each category has its own focus, so leaders are matched to the categories that best reflect their achievements and industry.
Yes. A leader may be considered across multiple relevant categories — for example a flagship category alongside an industry or dimension-based category — provided each entry is supported by evidence relevant to that specific award.
Winners are selected through a merit-based evaluation, and there is no public voting. The Jury team or the Management of Golden Tree assesses each nominee against the criteria of the specific category, including leadership excellence, strategic vision, innovation, growth, governance and measurable impact.

No. Nomination is free — there is no nomination fee and no registration fee. The Free plan covers one award programme in one category at City level, with a mandatory Winner Package order if you are selected as a winner; optional paid plans start with Silver at USD 140.
